We will create unique herbal tea blends from all natural ingredients for all moods and needs but without added synthetic aromas commonly used in low quality commercial tea blends and micro- and nanoplastics that have been found in many tea bags.

We will rediscover how to make your own herbal teas from scratch. From identifying the edible and medicinal plant ingredients growing around us like weeds, to creating blends for relaxation, digestive support and treating colds and flu to hormone balancing.

TEABAGS
Teabags are certainly convenient, but these days contain unexpected harmful chemicals and the omnipresent micro and nanoplastics. Their longterm health and environmental effects are starting to be researched and early alarm bells are ringing. Furthermore, the forever chemical PFAS which is an endocrine disruptor has also been isolated in tea bags.
The simplest approach is to switch from pre-packaged tea bags to loose-leaf tea. Loose tea eliminates the need for the treated paper or synthetic mesh materials that may contain PFAS.
Buying herbs in bulk, or growing and gathering your own, is also substantially cheaper and 'cleaner' than purchasing teabags and commercial loose tea leaves.
