From there, we’ll settle into a gentle, breath-guided yoga flow—slow, grounding movements designed to open the body and quiet the mind.


As the practice softens, we’ll close with an extended sound bath, lying back in total comfort while the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments wash over you.
