Na een dikke tien jaar rondreizen met zijn eigen nederlandstalige liedjes, gaat de Spoel nu de baan op met een programma volledig opgebouwd uit vertalingen die hij maakte van Bob Dylan-nummers. Begonnen als een tijdverdrijf, maar totaal uit de hand gelopen op een liefdevolle hommage aan zijn grootste held en invloed. Niet per se de grootste hits, wel de nummers die hem het meest raakten. Soms redelijk dicht bij 't origineel, dan weer helemaal binnenstebuiten gekeerd zodat het hem het beste past.
Met twee brengen Tom (zang/akoestische gitaar) en Wes (elektrische gitaar/dobro/lap steel) hulde aan de rootsy kant van Bob Dylan, in 't Vlaams!
