Yin + Sound with Latavia Jo

Join us for an evening of deep restoration and inner stillness. This 75-minute Yin Yoga + Sound Bath experience combines the gentle, meditative postures of Yin with the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls. As the body softens into long, supported holds, the sound bath will guide you into a state of nervous system reset, emotional release, and energetic balance. This session is designed to help you slow down, tune in, and leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply nourished. All levels welcome.
