Sound Journey Meditation

Step into a sacred space of deep relaxation, sound healing, and self discovery during this Meditative Sound Journey and Guided Meditation.
Through a soothing blend of guided meditation and an immersive soundscape using gong, chakra balancing singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other sacred instruments, you will be gently guided into a deeply restful meditative state.
These healing frequencies support the release of tension, the clearing of energetic blockages, and the opening of space for clarity, insight, and renewal.
All are welcome, except children under 12 years of age.
