For 90 minutes, you’ll be guided through a combination of modalities which may include tapping, mindfulness meditation, breath work, essential oils, energy work, and others that Kendra has picked up over the years. Each technique is chosen to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and let go of what you no longer need. The approach blends practical, evidence-informed methods with intuitive healing practices. It’s designed to meet you where you are and support your body, mind, and spirt.
