In honor of the Winter Solstice, this free experience invites participants to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves and the natural world through a guided practice with Mindfulness Coach, Meg Krejci.
Join Meg for a gentle introduction to mindfulness practices inspired by the stillness and reflection of the solstice. Meg, a certified Level 2 Mindful Outdoor Leadership Guide, brings decades of experience helping individuals cultivate presence, reduce stress, and deepen their relationship with nature. During this session, she will guide participants through accessible practices that highlight how nature supports mindfulness and well-being. Welcoming the elements, the program will include optional outdoor moments to enjoy the quiet rhythms of winter.
This program is free and open to all ages. Space is limited to 20 participants and will meet inside the Watershed Nature Center. Please come dressed for the elements.
