Created for those who are curious yet seeking an accessible and supportive experience, the session is both educational and experiential, blending clear guidance with gentle, guided relaxation.
Participants will be introduced to the foundations of hypnosis and how QHHT and BQH are used as holistic wellness modalities to support self awareness, mind body integration, and inner exploration. Through discussion, intention setting, and a light experiential component, attendees will gain insight into how the subconscious mind can be accessed for clarity, healing, and personal growth.
