📣 2026 Primary Election Candidate Event
The League of Women Voters of the Edwardsville Area invites the public to attend our 2026 Primary Election Candidate Event on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Wildey Theatre, 252 North Main Street, Edwardsville, IL 62025.
We are pleased to announce that 12 candidates have accepted our invitation, representing multiple parties and races, including:
• U.S. House District 15 (Republican and Democratic candidates)
• U.S. House District 13 (Republican and Democratic candidates)
• Illinois House District 109
• Illinois Senate District 56
• Madison County Clerk & Recorder
Each candidate will have time to introduce themselves and respond to questions addressing key policy issues. Questions will be provided in advance to ensure a fair and informative forum.
