Women's Ministry - SoulCore Exercise

𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝! 🎉

This March, we will be combining the opportunity for movement and prayer! This event is open to all levels of strength and age. All are welcome!

𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞-𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲. It is designed to nourish body, mind, and soul by integrating physical exercise with prayerful meditation on the virtues of Christ! 💛
