Edson Combat Club

*Change in schedule* We have decided to come together all ages, 7:00 pm, Tues. and Thurs. Come and train with your kids! Super fun and lots of learning. We have been CRUSHING our kickboxing intro these last few weeks. Next up is a section on sweeps, throws and ground control! Don't miss it! Fitness, self control and self defense.
