Warhammer Age of Sigmar: The Hel Crown Beatdown @ Taps Games

Tournament Format

This is our premiere event for Age of Sigmar at Taps Games. This event will be played using the Pitched Battles Rules and Battleplans found in the 2025-2026 Generals Handbook. This event will be using Generals handbook 2025-2026 if it is released before the event, otherwise it will be using the current General’s Handbook 2024-2025. In addition, any applicable balance updates, FAQ’s or errata will be used. Event cost will be $30 per player and 32 spots will be available. Food and drinks are not included, but Taps Games has a large selection of drinks and snacks available for purchase and there are several great restaurants within walking distance.



Important Dates
· August 16: Deadline for approval of conversions and cut off for new rules. Any rules released after this day will not be used for this event.
· August 25: Last day for list submission
· August 30: The Event!!!

Schedule:

Saturday
· Registration 8:30 am
· Round 1: 9:00-12:00
· Lunch: 12:00
· Round 2: 1:00-4:00
· Round 3: 4:15-7:15


Army Composition Rules

Armies will be 2000 points and built using the Pitched Battles rules found in the General’s Handbook 2025-2026.

Players must submit their lists through the Best Coast Parings app. Please ensure that you create an account at least 2 weeks before the event if you do not already have one. Notify Taps Games if the email you are using for Best Coast Pairings is different from the one that you used to register for the event.
