Do you work with people who have experienced trauma—whether in healthcare, education, coaching, social work, fitness, or any other field? Do you want to better understand trauma, its effects on the brain and body, and how to create a safer, more supportive environment for those you serve?
If you answered yes—or even maybe—this training is for you.
This 20-hour trauma-informed training will give you both the knowledge and practical tools to work with others through a trauma-sensitive lens while also deepening your own self-awareness. You’ll learn:
✅ What trauma is and the different types of trauma
✅ How trauma impacts the brain and nervous system
✅ Trauma responses and the role of the vagus nerve (Polyvagal Theory)
✅ ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and their long-term effects
✅ How language and power dynamics influence healing
✅ Principles of trauma-informed care that foster safety and trust
✅ The role of movement, breath, and mindfulness in supporting resilience
Whether you're a therapist, educator, coach, movement instructor, bodyworker, or any professional working with people, this training will expand your ability to support others with compassion, awareness, and skill.
