Three's Company Supper Club

Blind Enthusiasm and Gurvinder Bhatia are joining forces with Old Szechuan for a third edition of Three's Company, a pairing dinner at the intersection of wine, beer and creative dishes.

Experience how beer and wine can pair equally deliciously, although differently, with a Szechuan dinner. Old Szechuan is a favourite restaurant of the Blind Enthusiasm brewery crew and their friends, and this spicy, flavourful cuisine affords a unique pairing experience that you won't want to miss!

Guests will be seated at communal tables and served family style. Dinner will constitute a broad representation of both casual and banquet preparations, and a traditional Chinese dessert.
Dishes will be spicy, and contain meat, nuts and gluten. Substitutions cannot be accomodated.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wine curated by international wine judge and Quench Magazine editor-in-chief Gurvinder Bhatia.

Every course will also be paired with special beers by Doug Checknita, head brewer, and Greg Zeschuk, owner of Blind Enthusiasm.
