Stillness and Sound: A Yin Yoga and Tuning Fork Workshop

This 90-minute workshop blends the long, supported holds of Yin Yoga with the gentle vibrational healing of tuning forks, creating a profoundly calming experience for both body and mind.

In Yin Yoga, postures are held for several minutes to target the fascia and deeper connective tissues, encouraging stillness, spaciousness, and release. As you soften into each pose, individual tuning fork sessions will help shift stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and restore balance from within.

The soothing frequencies of the tuning forks help regulate your body’s energy pathways, making this an ideal practice for anyone seeking greater emotional clarity, energetic alignment, or deep rest.

No experience is necessary. All bodies welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and attuned.
