Spring Forest Qigong

Come work with your energy in this free, drop-in intro class to the ancient practice of Spring Forest Qigong. It is an active and passive meditation with slow movements to open blockages in your system to heal pretty much anything that ails you. It can be done by anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Qigong is like the grandfather to Tai Chi, but with only 5 moves and it utilizes a few pressure points via acupressure. Qigong will relax you, and it will help to empty your mind to go into the emptiness. Some people say it is hard for them to meditate, but Qigong focuses on slow movement, breathing, sound, emotion and posture to help focus your attention.

Instructor: Wayne Noel is a Certified Spring Forest Qigong Trainer and Practice Group Leader and has been practicing for close to 20 years. He will be delighted to lead you through an easy introduction class and answer any questions you may have. You need to come to experience what your own energy field feels like, how to strengthen it and discover the many healing benefits from it.
