Speaking Up with Intention

Join us for a transformative luncheon with award-winning DEI strategist, Erin Davis! In today’s workplace, women are navigating evolving expectations, shifting dynamics, and the responsibility to use their voices in meaningful ways. This session invites participants to step into intentional leadership by practicing small but powerful shifts—micro nudges—that build confidence, amplify underrepresented voices, and help shape inclusive spaces.

Through interactive discussions and real-world case studies, participants will explore how to show up authentically, challenge outdated narratives, and foster workplaces where diverse perspectives are valued and heard.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

• Identify practical strategies (micro nudges) for responding to challenging workplace situations in ways that align with their values.
• Practice approaches to amplify their own voice and the voices of others in rooms where power dynamics and biases may be at play.
• Explore how to create the conditions for inclusion by moving beyond silence and complicity toward intentional action.
• Connect with peers through shared case studies and dialogue to surface next-level strategies that can be applied immediately in their work.
