Soundbath with Gemini Cold Moon: Breathwork & Belonging with Vicky

Exhale the year. Inhale connection. Under December’s Cold Moon in Gemini, we’ll gather for an evening of breathwork, sound, and soft community. Designed to calm your nervous system, open your voice, and gently reconnect you to a sense of belonging.

What to expect:

• Guided breath & heart: coherence to settle, ground, and balance busy mind energy
• Vocal humming/toning (optional) to clear the throat/heart space. No singing experience needed
• Immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain/ocean textures, and soft percussion
• Mini intention ritual for communication, self-expression, and relationships (Gemini themes)
• Quiet integration and sharing circle

This session is beginner-friendly and welcoming, come as you are. You’ll leave feeling soothed, lighter, and more connected to yourself and others.

Anyone craving calm, clarity, and community: busy parents, burned-out creatives, sensitive nervous systems, and anyone curious about sound healing and mindful breath.
