Join us at Hearth for Soluna, a calming pop-up experience where sound meets breath, and movement meets stillness. This guided session is designed to reset your nervous system, reconnect you to your body, and open space for clarity and calm.

Whether you're new to breathwork or deep in your healing journey, Soluna offers a gentle yet powerful entry point into embodied presence — all within the warm, grounded space of Hearth.

💫 What to Expect:

• Guided breathwork to clear emotional and mental tension
• A live sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, and ambient frequencies
• Gentle integration with time for journaling, grounding, and tea
• A welcoming space for introspection and release
