Allow the various frequencies work from the inside out, realigning your energetic body through powerful sound vibration. The quartz crystal bowls, rain stick, chimes and angel bells produce a matrix of healing energies that will relax, expand, clear, and rejuvenate every level of your being. This workshop is completed with a guided meditation, breath work, restorative yoga poses to help you find your Zen zone and a touch of Reiki to help you feel at ease and connected to yourself.
