Morning Flow & Sound Bath

Start your Sunday in the most nourishing way — with gentle movement to wake up your body and a sound bath to soothe your soul. We’ll begin with an easy flow to shake off the week and create space, then move into a sound journey with bowls and chimes to ground you for the days ahead.

What to Expect:

• Gentle flow to awaken and energize your body
• Sound bath with crystal bowls and other healing tones
• A supportive space to set intentions and step into your week with clarity

Location: City & Soul Wellness Collective

Time: 9:00–10:30 AM (arrive 5–10 minutes early)

What to Bring:Yoga mat, water, and any cozy extras like a blanket, pillow, or bolster.
