Journey into a cake to discover the sweetness of your life
Things will only get as good as you can stand them to be! You will be taken through a giant candy land this month, to explore the inside of a cake as you discover and taste many different cake slices. Each slice of cake will transport you to a different area of your life, where you will discover just how good life can get, and where you may have been limiting your sweetness in one way or another.
We will be clearing out stuck energies and opening to possibilities and new flavors in 6 different areas of our lives as we have our cake and eat it too. We will be ordering off the menu for each category, and a paper menu will be provided to write on as you navigate your insights.
Prior to the Shamanic journeying together we will begin with a cacao ceremony and move into a sound bath meditation, where a chakra cleanse and rebalance to help support reconnection to self will be performed. From this refreshed energized state, we will embark on our journey.
As always we will end the night with a group chant. If you have any special items that you would like to lay on the shared altar for the duration of the evening, or that you would like charged/blessed at the end of class, please feel free to bring them.

There will be plenty of padded seating as well as floor space... You may want to bring a non-spillable water bottle, a journal to write down any insights gained during this experience, a cushion or yoga mat as well as pillows and blankets. Anything that will make you comfortable while you relax.
There is free parking in the parking lot across the side street to the West, as well as street parking along the side street and in front of the building.
