Mindful Mornings with First 5 Forever

Introducing a gentle yoga and mindfulness experience designed especially for our littlest yogis aged 0-5 years! Join us for 6 special sessions where tiny hearts learn big calm through playful movement, simple breathing exercises, and peaceful moments together.
What to Expect: ✨ 20-25 minutes of age-appropriate yoga poses and mindfulness activities
✨ Fun animal movements and gentle stretches perfect for developing bodies
✨ Simple breathing techniques using bubbles and sensory props
✨ Relaxing guided moments to help little ones find their inner calm
✨ Parent/carer participation encouraged - bond while you both learn!
Perfect for: Babies, toddlers, and pre schoolers (0-5 years) with their grown-ups.
Led by Emma, a certified children's yoga instructor and diploma-qualified early childhood educator with years of experience helping children develop emotional regulation, concentration, and flexibility through mindful movement.
