Mindful Connections: Networking & Storytelling for Women

Mindful Connections is a program by Mujeres Omega Foundation in partnership with Hyperbaric Health Spa.

From August to December 2025, we invite Latina and multicultural women to join us once a month in an intimate wellness space designed for reflection, dialogue, and authentic connection.

Each session welcomes 10 participants who engage in storytelling circles, guided conversations, and networking. The goal is to empower women by amplifying their voices, celebrating resilience, and creating a sense of belonging in Edmonton.
