Together, Spring Integrative Health and Full Circle Birth Collective are proud to offer L’il Hearts CPR, a life-saving workshop designed especially for parents, grandparents and caregivers. Taught by a seasoned healthcare professional who are also is a parent of four, these classes provide the confidence, skills, and hands-on practice you need to handle emergencies with calm and clarity.
In this course, you’ll learn:
Infant & Child CPR
How to respond to infant and child choking
Basic first aid essentials for parents
Hands-on practice using lifelike CPR manikins
Taught in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment, L’il Hearts CPR is designed with caregivers in mind. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, build confidence, and learn using the same high-quality, professional equipment trusted by the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
