Looking for a relaxed, welcoming space to connect with other parents? Join us for our Parent Drop-In Group , this is an informal gathering where you can come as you are, gather, and build community with others on the parenting journey.

When: Drop in anytime between 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Where: Spring Integrative Wellness, 2508 Ellwood Drive SW, Edmonton
Access: Elevator available to the second floor |
Stroller parking provided
Whether you’re seeking conversation, support, or simply a change of scenery, this is a warm, non-judgmental space for parents and little ones to connect, share, and feel seen.
