Calm Critters Workshop (Ages 6–8)
Does your child have a busy mind and big feelings? 🐿️✨
Join us for Calm Critters—a fun, supportive, in-person workshop designed for kids ages 6–8 who experience worry or anxiety (big or small).
Through hands-on activities and kid-friendly tools, children will learn ways to:
• better understand worry and anxious feelings
• express what’s going on inside
• practice calming strategies they can use at home and school
• build confidence and emotional skills in a supportive space
Facilitated by: Nicole Antunes (Registered Psychologist) & Kelly Campbell (Mental Health Therapist)
Date: Saturday, February 7
Location: Pine YEG Studio
Cost: $49 + GST (not eligible for coverage under health insurance plans)
Spots: Limited to 8 children
Parent/Guardian: One parent/guardian must attend with each child
