Somatic practice is the missing piece. It helps us release old patterns held in the nervous system, build new pathways of ease and resilience, and finally feel more at home in ourselves.
In this free live Zoom info session with Trista Davis, you will get an introductory taste of somatics and a clear behind-the-scenes look at Embodied Mastery. We will explore the Window of Tolerance, introduce the 5 Channels of Awareness, and practise a few simple somatic techniques you can use right away.
