Who says midlife can’t be celebrated? Come sip a mocktail, laugh with friends, and join a down-to-earth panel conversation about the real stuff—hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog, and the surprising joys that come with this stage of life.

We’ll kick things off with drinks & mingling at 6:30, then dive into a lively, supportive chat at 7 pm. Bring your questions, your stories, and maybe a friend who needs a night out.
