Take a deep breath and prioritize you! Our Self-Care & Rejuvenation Group is a welcoming space for moms to unwind, recharge, and focus on their well-being. Through guided relaxation techniques, mindfulness practices, and uplifting discussions, we’ll explore ways to reduce stress, restore energy, and embrace self-care without guilt. Whether it’s meditation, gentle movement, or simply sharing a moment of peace, this group is all about nurturing yourself so you can continue to nurture others.

(Lap Babies are welcome, so come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, supported, and empowered!)
