New moon- movement, meditation and sound

Join us for some gentle movement, new moon meditation and sound event.
All proceeds go to a member in our community who needs support to get legal help to get a divorce and get their kids out of a toxic environment. This is a heavy cost of $5,000+. This community member has been a healer and space holder for over a decade. I invite you to come give yourself some co-regulation while giving back to someone who gives so much. Yakoke.

The gentle movements will help you ground yourself in your body with earth elements, as well as fill your being with the healing energy of the universe, while also promoting circulation in the joints and energy centers.
Then settle into meditation to manifest your desires and come into awareness of your wholeness while drifting into a healing sound bath.
