This four-week series is designed for beginners and anyone seeking a fresh start, guiding you through foundational postures, mindful breath, and simple yoga principles that help you align with your inner compass. Each Sunday offers supportive teaching and options for every body, so you can feel steady, centered, and confident in your practice—and in life.
Week 1 – Finding Your North: Breath, Mindful Movement, and Foundations of Practice
Week 2 – Mapping Your Path: Basic Standing Poses and the Yamas (Ethical Foundations)
Week 3 – Anchoring Within: Balance, Support, and the Niyamas (Inner Practices)
Week 4 – Living Your Compass: Integration, Flow, and Bringing Yoga Off the Mat
