Winter Reset: Flow, Rest & Sound

This event is a treat for the soul! A way for you to relax, wind down and recharge. Give yourself a well deserved afternoon of Yoga, breathwork and sound journey.

Joanne will treat you with a mindful, energising vinyasa practice suitable for all levels. Kat will guide you through a deeply relaxing, meditative Restorative Yoga practice combined with a short, soothing sound bath for a deeply relaxing savasana.
