In 90 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 we’ll unlock the secrets of body movement, arm styling, head rolls, hip action, balance, transitions, and more. But instead of drilling each technique in isolation, we’ll bring them together in a short, fun, empowering routine — so you’ll experience them in a way that feels fluid, fun, and natural.
