Seated Yoga for Adults

A welcoming and gentle seated yoga class, for ages 16+.The class is 45 minutes long with 30 minutes at the end for chat and refreshments.

Drinks and all yoga equipment will be provided; and please wear comfy clothes. This is a free class for residents in North Edinburgh.


When: Mondays, 1pm - 2:15pm

Starting 28 April 2025, with classes every Monday during term time
