Training is primarily intended for existing/returning Premier League club players, as well as new players who wish to participate in one of the Club's Premier League teams. Participants are requested to arrive 10 minutes earlier and assist with setting up the posts + net.

- Prospective W1/W2 18.30-20:00 pm (coach: Kenny)
- Prospective Bears/M2 20:00-21:30 pm (coaches: Ola and Liam)
