Luke Jermay Lecture - Edinburgh Magic Circle

Luke Jermay is acknowledged by his peers as a master magician. He has been invited to present his magic to celebrities, royalty, authors, Nobel prize-winning scientists, musicians, artists and business leaders across the globe.

He has presented his original magical creations in more than 30 countries around the world. He has performed to critical and commercial acclaim in London’s West End, The Edinburgh Festival, The Hollywood Magic Castle and toured extensively in theatres across the U.K.

He has also served as a creative consultant to the most successful television magicians of our age from Derren Brown and Lu Chen to Dynamo and Keith Barry, who have performed his creations on television and theatre stages.

Jermay has authored more than 20 books, focusing on the philosophy of mystery entertainment, sleight of hand and detailing his original magical creations. He has presented lectures and keynote speeches about his work across the world. In 2022 he was awarded with a ‘lifetime achievement’ award by the P.E.A organisation. In 2024 he was honoured by The Session Convention, the world's leading close-up magic conference, as 'Guest of Honour'.
