This Intro to Aerial Taster session is designed for those with little or no Yoga or Aerial Yoga experience, and for those who would like a refresher in Aerial Yoga.

Held in a non-heated studio, the teacher will take you through a sequence of poses using the Aerial hammock and Yoga mat. Each pose will have modifications and options to choose from so that each student can find their own safe limit. The practice will start with a slow warmup using the hammock and your yoga mat and will end with a long relaxation inside the hammock.
This fun, empowering practice will give you a full body workout and leave you feeling energised.
There are many benefits to Aerial Yoga, these include building strength, improving balance and proprioception, decompressing the joints, myofascial release, challenging the body and mind in an empowering way.
**Please note that this practice is not suitable during pregnancy.**
Please note that payment is required to book your place. Due to the specialised nature of our workshops, payment is non-refundable, however we can transfer your place to someone else to attend the same workshop in your place.
