Hula Hoop Beginners Course with Kat

Hula hoop is one of the most fun and accessible circus arts, and one that we at Think Circus absolutely love! This 4 week course will give you a total introduction to the core skills of hula hooping, including tips for keeping the hula hoop going on your waist, some fancy tricks and how to link these moves together. Hoops are provided, and we also offer an option to buy your own hoop to keep. Taught by our friendly and experienced tutor Kat.
