Edinburgh Hindu Mandir Seniors Group

The Management Committee has taken into account all your views and decided to provide a much needed service for our seniors to meet once a month beginning 19 July 2025, from 1.30 to 5.30pm.
We will offer regular meetings once a month that include:
1)Social Interaction
2)Health and Wellbeing - exercises, gentle movement
3)Lunch / coffee tea
4)Singing familiar and popular oldies songs that helps mental wellbeing
5)Games, Antakshri , cards etc
6)this is an adults only group for ages 50 and over
