Maria from The Edinburgh Canape Company returns with her sold-out Argentinian Cooking masterclass on Sunday 31 August from 11:30am - 2pm. Enjoy a morning learning to make Argentinian empanadas (fish and vegetable) and a selection of salsas.
Empanadas are a type of baked or fried pastries with a variety of fillings. Empanadas were originally taken from European immigrants from Galicia, Spain, but later modified with local ingredients and now enjoyed all over Argentina.
We will make both a vegetable and a fish version, you can make some of each or choose just one filling to make if vegetarian.
A light lunch is included.
Concession tickets

This event will be taking place at our Flavour and Haver cook school in Leith, a short walk from Leith Walk and Pilrig Park. Accessible through Lothian Buses via Leith Walk, Great Junction Street and Bonnington Road.
