Lodge Roman Eagle CLX invites you to an evening at the opera!
With the Clyde Opera Group on the evening of Saturday 31st May 2025, a Lodge Roman Eagle CLX, 2 Johnston Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2PW.
This is a most unique occasion, a first for CLX and we believe it may be a first for Freemasonry in Edinburgh and perhaps beyond. It will be a most unique occasion and we are sure that it will be a fantastic event.
The event is open to ladies and gentlemen with a formal dress code, because it is an evening at the opera!
The Operatic performance lasts one hour and it may give you the opportunity to experience something new and in aid of charity at the same time.
The bar will open at 1900hrs. Opera performance starts 2000hrs in the temple, and will finish around 2115hrs. A light buffet will be available in our refectory afterwards and the bar will be open until 2230hrs.
Proceeds from this event will go to the Cancer Card Charity who provide Cancer Boxes, similar to baby boxes, to a child suffering from cancer. PGLE are supporting this charity as stated at the recent PGLE Communication.
