🌿🔥💧🌬️ 4 Elements Shamanic Drumming Journey 🌬️💧🔥🌿 With New Moon Energies ✨ Shamanic drumming journeys are back! ✨ Join me for the first one of this season – a powerful evening for all my drum lovers. 🪶 I will guide you on this journey on our created sacred space:

• Altar tuned with the energies of the day
• Smudge the sacred space and participants
• We will open the 4 directions together
• We will journey through the beat of each element (Earth, Water, Fire, Air) Use the drum, rattles, and our voices to connect deeply with the rhythms of nature and spirit. 🌓 With the fresh energies of the New Moon (from the day before, 21st), we will set intentions and align with new cycles. 🧘‍♀️Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are provided – but feel free to bring your own or extras for extra comfort.

Bring: bottle water, blindfold (optional), notepad & pen. ⚠️ Contraindications: Shamanic drumming may not be suitable for people with epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, or sound sensitivity.

Arrive 10 minutes early. Doors estricly closed at session time.
