Calm the mind, reduce stress, and increase clarity in a beautiful outdoor setting. Attendees will learn about Labyrinths, create a focus of their choosing, and be invited to experience the relaxation of moving meditation with each thoughtful
step in the Goodell Gardens Labyrinth.

Biography:
Tammy Hall is the co-owner of Dynamic Flux Reiki and is a certified Usui Reiki Master. She is a human “being”, learning, growing, and becoming with a desire to assist others as they learn, grow, and become.
