Holistic Workshop

The County YMCA, in partnership with The
Alchemy Studio, invites you to a restorative wellness workshop focused on relaxation and renewal. This 60-minute experience includes 45 minutes of gentle yin yoga (deep stretching) followed by a 15-minute Reiki-guided meditation using Holy Fire® Reiki. Open to all levels—come as you are and leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and renewed.

Fridays at 4:30 PM
Two offerings:
January 16 and February 20
Y Members: $10 | Non-Members: $15
