Trish Perry is a Master Certified Results Coach, Public Speaker, Trainer, and Author. She uses coaching to support leaders in Career and Executive Coaching, helping them create clarity and success.

With more than 25 years of experience as a corporate leader, 10 years of entrepreneurship, and a long list of personal hardships, Trish is uniquely adept at helping business professionals reach their maximum potential, regardless of their challenges.

Trish wrote the book Real, Raw, & Relatable: Corporate Badass Mom to Zen Mom to help others learn and thrive from their life experiences.

She lives in Minneapolis with her husband of 35 years. Trish has three adult children and two Newfoundland dogs who think they are children.

In this session, you’ll dive deep into the first two pillars—Purpose and Focus—the foundation of every achievement. You’ll clarify why your goals matter, strengthen your daily direction, and learn simple neuroscience-based tools to stay centered and productive.

You’ll also get a brief preview of the final two pillars—Resilience and Consistency—and how they continue the framework for sustained success throughout 2026.

• Clarify your “Why” so your goals align with meaning and motivation.
• Create your personal Think and Grow Rich statement as a daily mindset anchor.

2) Pillar 2-Focus

• Apply focused breathing and the Wheel of Control to reduce noise and regain clarity.
