The Creative Release - group Reiki & Art session

The session begins with a guided meditation on the yoga mats followed by individual focused Reiki with the aim of releasing any blocks to your creative energy and expression.

You will then move to the creative area and choose from a selection of paints, pens, pencils, pastels and air-drying clay to either paint, draw, write, sculpt to express yourself creatively.

Once you have finished, Charlotte will come round to you individually and offer to interpret the deeper meaning of what you have created if you so wish.

“This is not an art class, I will not teach you techniques or ask you to copy anything. I firmly believe that your creative expression belongs to you and that no one can tell you how to do it but you. There is no right or wrong, no judgement, no assessment of skill, this is a space for your heart and soul to speak and that is all.”

This session is open to adults and children and is a perfect way to spend some meaningful, fun and creative time together on a Sunday afternoon. Come and be surprised at what you create and how it makes you feel.

If you would love to attend, are happy with meditation and art but don't wish to receive Reiki, that's no problem. Just let me know what your preference is once you have booked.

Adult £25 (18 and over)

Family bundles:

Option 1:

1 Adult + 1 child - £30

Option 2:

1 Adult + 2 children - £40

Option 3:

1 Adult + 3 children - £50

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

There will be a maximum of 9 people in each session.

Charlotte is a Reiki Master and award-winning International Artist based in North West London.

A former NHS doctor, she turned to energy healing and art following her own profound transformation. She blends highly intuitive energy work, creative expression and wisdom to offer gentle yet powerfully transformative sessions that help you release what no longer serves you, welcome what is truly meant for you and bring you home to your most authentic self.
