Guided Partner Poses: simple poses promoting communication & closeness
Breath Synchronization: breathe together, getting in tune to your partner
Playful Challenges: fun activities to test your balance and strengthen your relationship.
Relaxation Time: Wind down with a soothing partner savasana, enjoying a moment of tranquility together.
No prior experience is needed, all you need is an open mind and willingness to have fun! Bring your special someone— a romantic partner, friend, or family member—and celebrate love in its many forms.
