1st Annual McDowells Tournament

This will be a fun and positive event!
We will have a Forms and Weapons Forms Division.
Board breaking Division. I will furnish the boards. They are the Demo quality so come up with some cool ideas!
Free Sparring Division. Light contact. No hands to the head. 1 point middle area punch or kick. 2 points kick to the head area. First one to 5 wins.
I have 7 Grand Champion Trophies. Weapons Forms. Black Belt Adult and Youth Forms. Color Belt Adult and Youth Forms. Black Belt Men and Women Sparring .
