Courtney Taylor is a coach, facilitator, and business development partner with over 20 years of experience helping leaders grow their confidence, expand their impact, and communicate with purpose. She spent a decade with the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, where she learned firsthand the power of listening, building trust, and leading through relationships.
Today, through her work at Leadership Delta, Courtney partners with organizations across industries to strengthen leadership from the inside out. Her sessions blend reflection and action and are rooted in the belief that real leadership starts with knowing your values and having the courage to lead by them. Whether she is coaching one-on-one or guiding a room full of leaders, Courtney creates space for meaningful conversations, personal insight, and the kind of clarity that drives lasting change.
The Power of Personal Values in Leadership. I'll be presenting on how personal values serve as the foundation for authentic leadership and confident decision-making. Using Leadership Delta's Delta Method (Awareness + Desire + Commitment + Practice), attendees will work through interactive exercises to identify their core values and recognize the gap between what they say matters and how they actually show up.
This resonates with business owners because it gives them a framework for creating authentic company cultures and making values-based business decisions. For employees at any level, it provides tools for building credibility, navigating workplace challenges, and advancing their careers with confidence.
The session includes practical exercises and ends with our Take Action! exercise where participants set 1-3 actionable intentions they can immediately implement. Whether someone is running their own business or working within an organization, they'll leave with clarity on their values and a plan for aligning their daily actions with what matters most to them.
